Texalb was built from a simple observation: real estate investing is ultimately a people business.

Why Texalb?
The name Texalb reflects two places that have shaped my life and perspective: Texas and Albania.
While our investments are focused in the United States, the firm was built on relationships, long-term thinking, and a commitment to creating value through disciplined ownership.
Texalb was created with the belief that meaningful opportunities often begin with trusted relationships. While our primary focus today is multifamily investing in the United States, the broader vision has always been to serve as a bridge between people, capital, and opportunities across the communities we know best.
The name is a reminder that investing is ultimately about more than properties and financial statements. It is about trust, partnership, and creating value that lasts beyond a single transaction.
