We aim for double-digit annual returns through cash-flow, value addition, and sale profits. Each property has a targeted IRR of  14%. We invest
our own capital and discuss the specifics with our investors.

Distributions are made monthly or quarterly, depending on the deal.
Typically, 3-7 years, subject to the property's business plan and economic conditions. Investors receive timelines at property acquisition and updates throughout the investment.
We invest in Class A, B, and C multifamily apartments with potential for added value.

We welcome both accredited and non-accredited investors. As per the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), an accredited investor is someone whose income has been over $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) for the past two years, or whose net worth is over $1 million, excluding their primary residence. On the other hand, a non-accredited investor is someone who has sufficient financial and business experience.

$50,000. Options available for investing through IRAs/401Ks without penalty.
Generally, 10-25 per deal.
While multifamily investing is considered stable with high returns for low risk, it is not without risks. We minimize these by investing our own capital and leveraging local expertise.
