our own capital and discuss the specifics with our investors.
We welcome both accredited and non-accredited investors. As per the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), an accredited investor is someone whose income has been over $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) for the past two years, or whose net worth is over $1 million, excluding their primary residence. On the other hand, a non-accredited investor is someone who has sufficient financial and business experience.
